Spring. For me, it is definitely the season for renewal. Not only am I personally using guided meditations more, but I am making more of my guided meditations available. Over the years - starting in 1991, i created guided meditations for all those who might want to relax, unblock their creativity and understand themselves and others better.

Only this morning I had some-one say to me " I carried that cassette around for years and used it!"

So wonderful to get such great feedback from something I love creating.
