TransformationTransformation is change and more.
When we transform we are fundamentally changed – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Along this journey called life, we are faced with situations that demand choices. We either act or not, and our mind will take a stance. We will confirm our thinking or change it. From our thoughts may come many things – motivation, resentment, unhappiness or happiness. The breath connects all parts of ourselves – mind, body and spirit. Most importantly it can bring those parts of ourselves into balance, resulting in a total wellbeing. Change happens incrementally – bit by bit. Through slow and steady change over time we can transform. Or a flash of insight might transform us in an instant. Conscious use of the breath has the ability to transform ourselves and our world view radically – positively and permanently. Breath awareness and conscious breathing will transform the experience from being the victim of life, to flowing with it and expanding into its fullness. |

Ann Harrison, M.A., B.A.(Hons), Dip.Ed

For over 25 years Ann has explored the practical use and relevance of ancient spiritual principles and techniques. She has supported individuals in Australia, Europe, USA and Asia to transform themselves and their lives.
Ann worked in Hong Kong from 1988 to 1996, setting up the Tai Tan retreat centre in a secluded mountain area, by the sea. There, for seven years, she formulated and delivered trainings and ran workshops to develop the potential of individuals, groups and corporations.
Returning to Australia in 1996 to establish her base there, she has continued to work nationally and internationally, and has been a leader in obtaining government accreditation for Breathwork trainings.
“ The joy of my work is the be able to be present with others as they journey deeply within themselves. It is an awe inspiring space where healing happens as an individual connects with Spirit to release suppressed emotions and unconscious limiting beliefs and is able, in an expanded state of consciousness, establish an effective foundation for creative living. Breathwork is both practical and inspiring.” Ann Harrison
