This guide to coherent breathing includes 2 parts: in the first part of 5 minutes, you will hear my voice counting the in breaths and out breaths. Five minutes is enough to circuit break a stressed state. You will quickly feel the difference.
If you wish to continue for another 5 minutes you will just hear a gong mark the in and out breaths.
